Flow, also over my 30+ years i have used similar treatments known by some other brand names such as EMS AIRFLOW & GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy), as standard protocol in my Hygiene appointments since 2003. Flow appointment includes as standard; Tailored Oral Health & Hygiene advice, Oral Cancer Screening, Full Gum Health Check, & piezon ultrasonic therapy technology using a pen like device that incorporates ultrasound waves with water & creating therapeutic bubbles of oxygen (acoustic microstreaming & cavitation) which combined with Ohh! Flow technology ensures removal of all tooth deposits and biofilm.

Peace of mind, a full mouth detox, and full tooth surface (extrinsic) stain removal. Intrinsic staining may require tooth whitening or a different form of treatment.

We are now more Spa like than ever before thanks to state-of-the-art technology and having evolved over the years into a visit that is an educational (no judging lectures or telling off) comprehensive assessment tailored to you, linking oral health to systemic health.

Under 18’s Ohh! Flow appointments are tailored to the age and to the person, with the younger patients we check for plaque on the teeth using a harmless vegetable dye and correct tooth brushing habits as required, discuss safer snacks/diet/sugars/effect on teeth in a fun way, and we encourage them to also use a disposable mirror that they can take home to also check their teeth & watch us count and assess their teeth with them very much involved throughout the appointment and then carry out our gentle wash of the teeth using our flow of powder, water and air device (a bit like a power shower for each individual tooth) check out ‘Kids Corner’ on the navigation menu at the top. The older kids it is similar to an adult Ohh! Flow appointment. (whilst there is baby teeth, and a mix of adult and baby teeth & newly erupted adult teeth we would as standard apply a fluoride varnish treatment at the end of the appointment for an extra strengthening and preventative step).
