Saintly Smiles & Skin + Smiles Membership Plan T&C’s
Spread the cost by monthly Direct Debit (securely through GoCardless).
Saving you ££’s per person at every visit compared to pay as you go fees.
Ohh! Flow Hygiene or Ohh! Flow Hygiene + Facial, appointment scheduled from date of first Direct Debit (as per membership option chosen).
Option to book an appointment immediately on sign up by paying a top up fee,
You immediately benefit from the reduced plan price,
your top up depends on how many payments you have made on the plan prior to your first appointment,
e.g.: with the 3 month plan at £23 per month,
If you have made 0 payments prior to first appointment then top up is £69.00
If you have made 1 payment prior to first appointment then a top up is £46.00
If you have made 2 payments prior to first appointment top up is £23.00
Once 3 payments made = no top up required and plan fully covers appointments from then onwards.
No booking fee required to book plan appointments as membership secures.
All members are automatically entered into the monthly member prize giveaway drawn on the first of every month.
Personalised member ID Ohh! trolley coin keyring will unlock benefits only whilst you remain a member.
Only £10 Administration/Joining fee.
If Direct Debit is stopped then membership and entitlement of above will cease immediately & return to full price ‘pay as you go’ option. There is no refund option or part payment option as fees will have been deducted. The Monthly Plan Payment is likely to increase annually on 1st April, if this is due to occur you will always be given a minimum of 30 days notice. If you should cancel the plan, even in error, a new joining fee will be required.
If you fail to attend a booked appointment, for lateness of more than 10 minutes, or cancel within 48 hours prior to the appointment, the options are,
Option One; The appointment is forfeited, and you are rebooked for your next allocated appointment.
Option Two; You can choose to pay the equivalent of the non-members booking fee £40 (£80 Skin + Smiles) to cover basic costs lost and be re-booked immediately.
Please note there is no exception to this policy, in order for our small business to survive we have to enforce this regardless of reason and regardless of how much we sympathise with your reason, the staff and I fully understand there are times when out with your control you will have to cancel short notice or may forget to attend and we always feel terrible when enforcing it, our text reminder notifications are set to remind you 7 days and then 72 hours prior to your appointment. In order to keep our fees as low as possible for our services we have had to implement a hard line on this policy, we do value and are very grateful for you choosing Ohh! and we appreciate your understanding.
BioRePeel T & C’s
This is a medical chemical peel and medically you must be suitable for this treatment. There is a non-refundable booking fee of £40.00 for all treatment appointments at Ohh! (£80 for longer appointments such as Ukiyo, Medical Micro-needling, and combination appointments) If you book directly for a BioRePeel and on attendance at the practice it is found you are not suitable, you will be offered the tailored skin consultation with mini facial or alternatively you can choose another facial treatment that is suitable.
Exclusions for BioRePeel are;
Aspirin allergy, Pregnancy, Breast feeding, use of products containing retinoids 3 days before, active bacterial/fungal/viral infections eg herpes, Roaccutane in past 6-12 months, broken skin, sunburn, history of skin cancer, undergoing chemotherapy/radiation, suffer from keloid scarring, some autoimmune disorders.
Gift Voucher T & C’s
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry date. Vouchers purchased online are email only and can be emailed direct to the recipient or to yourself (select at check out). Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or in person only. There is no option for online or email redemption. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. No change or credit is given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the product/treatment purchased - for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase £95 of product/treatment. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation policy regarding voucher bookings. All appointments at Ohh! require a non refundable booking fee of £40 per person per appointment (£80 for longer appointments such as Ukiyo, Medical Micro-needling, and combination appointments) as you are a voucher holder you are not required to pay this fee as your voucher secures your appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment, are late by more than 10 minutes, or cancel within 48hours of your appointment, your voucher is forfeited however you do have the option to pay the equivalent booking fee to keep your voucher live for a further booking. Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within our clinic, if returning by post we ask that you post back by recorded delivery at your cost, as we will require proof of posting should the items not arrive safely back with us prior to providing a refund/exchange.
Returns and exchanges will be granted within 14 days of purchase.
You can return your sealed/unopened product for a different product of same value, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy;
Items must be in original packaging, unopened and no signs of use, and no visible damage to packaging or item.
To initiate a return or exchange report any damage or fault within 48 hours by email to ohh.reception@hotmail.com, provide photographic evidence of any damage and state delivery/order number - failure to do so may impact any return/exchange.
