Opening hours;

Mondays - Closed,

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - 1000 to 1700, (every second week late evenings) 1700 to 2000,

Fridays - Closed,

Saturday & Sunday - 1000 to 1600 (every second week).

Cancellation of Appointments/Lateness/Failure to attend

Appointments require a £40 per person per appointment non refundable booking fee, £80 for longer appointments such as Ukiyo, Medical Micro-needling, and combination appointments (this will be taken off your bill when you attend the appointment and will be forfeited if you do not attend, lateness of more than 10 minutes, or if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment). Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment and the fee will remain as credit in your account and can be rolled on to secure your next booking, in accordance with our cancellation policy. We do have a lateness policy if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will unable to be seen and the appointment will be forfeited. Voucher holders on failure to attend a booked appointment, lateness of more than 10 minutes, or on cancelling within the 48 hours prior will forfeit the voucher or can opt to pay the equivalent booking fee and keep the voucher live for a further booking rather than forfeit the full voucher value. Membership Plan patients please refer to your T&C’s.

Please note there is no exception to this policy, in order for our small business to survive we have to enforce this regardless of reason and regardless of how much we sympathise with your reason, the staff and I fully understand there are times when out with your control you will have to cancel short notice or may forget to attend and we always feel terrible when enforcing it, our text reminder notifications are set to remind you 7 days and then 72 hours prior to your appointment. In order to keep our fees as low as possible for our services we have had to implement a hard line on this policy, we do value and are very grateful for you choosing Ohh! and we appreciate your understanding.

Interpreting Services:

Ohh! is committed to providing excellent care for all users to ensure patients can access services effectively and efficiently. The potential for misunderstanding and clinical error and subsequently poor quality care is greater when means of communication, language & culture differ. At Ohh! we will endeavor to establish effective communication, not just with you the patient but with your significant other(s). We can work together to organise appropriate communication support. This includes interpreting, Sign Language and Tactile Sign Language interpreting, translation, alternative formats, electronic note takers and lip speakers.
