We get the opportunity to provide you with a health check regularly – what other healthcare professional has access to you when you FEEL healthy but may have an underlying issue – prevention is key.
Early diagnosis always means less complex or less expensive treatments.
Option of Membership Subscription which includes:

Membership starts on completion of ‘Go Cardless’ registration.
Administration/Joining Fee only £10.00.

Payments are scheduled to be taken on 1st of every month.
Payments are taken in advance of plan privileges, eg 3 monthly plan members will have paid x3 direct debits prior to appointment, however once signed up you can book immediately by paying a top up fee.
The non refundable booking fee is not required to book plan appointments as your membership secures. (please read terms & conditions)
All members are automatically entered into the monthly draw for our members only prize giveaway which takes place on the 1st of every month.
Under 18’s Plans include the Fluoride Treatments option at no extra cost, saving up to £160 annually for full adult dentition.
Personalised member ID Ohh! trolley coin keyring will be issued on sign up at reception or at your first member visit.

ONCE REGISTERED YOU CAN BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY
BY PAYING THE REQUIRED TOP UP FEE
OR BOOK IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENT
(for example if 3 monthly plan schedule your appointment for 3 months time to guarantee your preferred time slot)
BY PHONE OR ONLINE BY CLICKING ON ‘EXISTING PATIENT’.
Please note if Direct Debit is stopped then membership and entitlement of above will cease immediately & you return to pay as you go option.
If you fail to attend a booked appointment, cancel within 48 hours or are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the options are,
The appointment is forfeited, and you are rebooked for your next allocated appointment.
You can opt to pay the equivalent of the non-member non-refundable booking fee £40 (£80 for Skin + Smiles Plan) to cover the basic costs of the time lost to allow you to rebook the appointment with immediate effect.
