CLINICARE AT HOME FACIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cleanse the skin using Concentrated Cleansing Foam, pump onto palm of hand, mix with water rubbing both palms together to make a nice wet foam & apply all over with a massaging technique, give it a moment or two to work massaging it in, then remove with lukewarm water (either with a mitt or face cloth) & dry.
2. Tone using the X3M EGF Liquid Moisturiser (Pure/Glow/Refresh) pump onto palm of hand, share between both hands and pat over face to evenly apply then massage in.
3. Snap open your instant painless peel 2ml sample, apply on dry skin and massage in gentle, circular movements for 1-2 minutes until it becomes completely dry on your skin– your skin & any debris will be visibly exfoliating as you massage.
4. Remove residue of instant painless peel & debris, with warm water & if you have them, exfoliating side of skin geek mitt, pat dry. Tone with X3M EGF Liquid moisturiser, pump onto palm of hand, share between both hands and pat over face to evenly apply & then massage in.
5. Carefully open the CLINICCARE EGF mask (Pure/Glow/Refresh) shake excess when holding mask in pouch before fully removing mask, the remaining liquid in the pouch can be used as a serum over next day or so, apply to face (take note of nose flap to outside). Leave the mask on for 30 -40 minutes. Remove the mask and massage in any residue.
6. Apply a small amount of HYAL+ Lip & Eye Renewal Cream, a tiny pump onto back of hand then using your middle finger of other hand, lightly pat on the brow bone around the eye & on the orbital bone under the eye, not on the eyelid & then smooth outwards & then apply to lip area.
7. Apply X3M EGF (Pure/Glow/Refresh) Essence and/or Serum (dependent on skin type). A small pump onto back of hand, then using middle finger of other hand, lightly pat onto the skin sharing evenly over face then massage in.
NOTE for younger or oily skin - only Essence may be required, for more mature or drier skin - Essence then Serum are both required. The Liquid Moisturiser (toner), the Essence and the Serum are clearly marked as steps 1,2 &3 on their packaging.

DAILY CLINICARE COMPLETE - Home Care Regime

· PURE - For sensitive, irritated, blemish prone and inflamed skin (rosacea)– The main ingredients contain anti-bacterial, anti-microbial properties & natural antiseptic through green tea extract.
· GLOW - For brightening, melasma, hyperpigmentation, dehydrated, sun damaged skin – Arbutin is the active ingredient which is a skin lightener.
· REFRESH - For fine lines, wrinkles & skin rejuvenation – Contains Vitamins A, C, and E, and the co-enzyme Q10 to fight premature ageing.
Then follow the steps.
Young Skin (morning regime)
1. Cleanse the face, neck & lower neck (decolletage) using concentrated cleansing foam. Pump onto palm of hand, mix with water rubbing both palms together to make a nice wet foam & apply all over with a massaging technique, give it a moment or two to work massaging it in, then remove with lukewarm water (either with a mitt or face cloth) & dry. If you have them, use the exfoliating side of the Skin Geek Mitt to remove.

Double cleanse, to rid your skin of grime &/or make-up, pump onto palm of hand, mix with water rubbing both palms together to make a nice wet foam & apply all over with a massaging technique, give it a moment or two to work massaging it in, then remove with lukewarm water (either with a mitt or face cloth) & dry. if you have them, use soft side of Skin Geek Mitt for 1st cleanse/exfoliating side for 2nd cleanse.
